NEW ORLEANS - Congressional redistricting in Louisiana means the second district now stretches through the river parishes and into Baton Rouge. But, it also covers much of Orleans Parish.
Dwayne Bailey, a Republican from the Donaldsonville area, was in the studio Monday.
Tuesday is the last day to register to vote for the election.
Early voting starts October 23 across Louisiana.
Election day is Tuesday, November 6.
