NHL on verge of another lost season

NHL owners locked out their players on Sept. 15. The league began systematically canceling games as negotiations – or lack thereof – caused Commissioner Gary Bettman to scratch the entire schedule up to Jan. 14 so far. It’s looking more likely that the league will suffer it’s second canceled season in a decade due to labor issues.
