"It is the epitome of luxury,” said Brad Weissman, Harrah's Hotel director. “I mean, you look around, you say, this is New Orleans, this is a modern day, classic, elegant New Orleans. And that's what you get here. When you look at the walls, you see artwork from local artists. It's just got a really neat local flair, and it says elegance, but I can have a good time too."
