City's best sno-balls

As old as Hansen's, Plum Street also has been making sno-balls for 72 years. A steady stream of customers ebb and flow once this old stand opens. Current owner Donna Black has run the stand for 32 years, serving their sno-balls in their signature: white, Chinese take-out boxes.
Outside of the routine flavors like chocolate and strawberry, Black said orchid creme vanilla is the stand's most popular.
