From this tiny sky blue building, this Metry stand has cranked out sno-balls for over 40 years.
A big line greets Cecile Covert and Jack Casey when they open their stand around St. Patrick's Day.
Covert said harvesting their ice is essential. She said the ice has to be perfect, and she said making their own flavors, especially their chocolate, which they make from scratch, is key.
