Eric Paulsen visited Japan with O.P. Walker students and Tipitina's Interns.
He said their music has brought so much joy to people who are recovering from the earthquake and tsunami a year and a half ago.
"These young New Orleanians are true goodwill ambassadors. I'm proud to be in their company," Paulsen said.
