Stan "Pampy" Barre
Stan "Pampy" Barre was given a five-year sentence for mail fraud, conspiracy and obstruction of justice. Those charges stemmed from the role he played in helping to skim more than $1 million from a lucrative energy contract awarded by the Morial administration to Johnson Controls. He pleaded guilty in 2007.
