" I saw this car on a loaded on a truck in Burbank, Calif. Seats two with the passenger sitting behind the driver. I asked the truck driver if it was based on a Smart car. He told me it was a custom car. Movie car? Maybe another car from Jay Leno's collection, we see him often in Burbank driving around anything from a Stanley Steamer to a Fire Truck.
