Pups in costumes at Lafreniere pet adoption event
At least a thousand people showed up at Lafreniere Park for Friends Pet Fest, and their pets enjoyed the fun, music and friendship. Lots of adoptable pets were looking for a home. Angela Hill was there to take these pictures.
