This one has all the markings of a snoozer, really just because it’s Oakland. But don’t let recent history cloud your judgment. These might not be the Raiders of yesteryear. Al Davis’ passing has opened things up in the Bay Area. New general manager Reggie McKenzie has Green Bay roots and new coach Dennis Allen has Saints roots. It’s New Orleans’ first West Coast trip since falling in the NFC divisional round of the playoffs at San Francisco and going the Pacific isn’t the easiest trick to handle.
