03) "Angel Baby" Tripp Roth loses battle with rare skin disease
The story of Tripp Roth touched many of our viewers. He battled an extremely rare skin condition that caused excruciating pain. Any touch could cause parts of his skin to come off and blisters to form all over his body.
Sadly, Tripp lost the battle in January, but there was an outpouring of support for his mother Courtney and his family. Our post on Facebook received hundreds of comments letting the family know they were in their prayers, and her blog received dozens of uplifting comments with people showing support in the tragic time.
"My precious angel received his wings today," Courtney said on her blog. "He took his last peaceful breaths in my arms, in his most favorite spot. Thank you all from the bottom of my heart for the support through this unbearable time."
