08) I-10 reopens after accident kills two Houma men
There was tragic news in September of the death of two Houma men in an accident on the spillway that tied up traffic for hours.
The accident, which left 39-year-old Earl B. Ross and 41-year-old Simuel Green dead, happened after a driver hit a guardrail around 4 a.m. on a Friday.
It wasn’t until 11 a.m. – six hours after the wreck – that the I-10 would reopen.
