TUCSON, Ariz. -- A Tucson man was seriously injured Wednesday night after his own dog turned on him.
Around 6:00 P.M. Pima County Sheriff's deputies got a call from a home on South Paseo de Las Aguilas near Valencia and Camino de La Tierra.
When they arrived they found a man attacked by his own Pit Bull. Drexel Heights paramedics took the man to the UMC Trauma Center.
At last check he was not expected to survive his injuries.
The dog was Tased in an attempt to control it. Pima Animal Control took custody.
Neighbors say the attack came out of nowhere.
