KENNER, La. -- Police have issued a second arrest warrant in connection with murder and dismemberment of a French Quarter dancer, Jaren Lockhart.

Kenner Police announced an arrest warrant for Terry Speaks for second-degree murder and obstruction of justice.  Speaks is currently in federal custody in Otisville, N.Y. on an unrelated charge, but he is scheduled to be released from the federal prison in October.

According to Kenner Police Chief Steve Caraway, Speaks will be extradited to Louisiana for the murder charge and obstruction of justice, as well as failing to register as a sex offender.

Margaret Sanchez was already charged by Kenner Police for second-degree murder and obstruction of justice. She is in the Jefferson Parish Correctional Center.

In 2012, parts of Lockhart's body were found on Mississippi beaches. Lockhart was reported missing in June 2012, after she was last seen leaving a men's club. A few days later her body parts washed ashore in Bay St. Louis.

In the weeks after the crime was committed, Sanchez and Terry Speaks were identified as suspects as they were the last ones seen with Lockhart on a surveillance video in the French Quarter.
