Champagne flute glass.
1 bar spoon of Mayfield's homemade pickled blueberries with juice placed in the bottom of the glass.
Fill 1/2 of the glass with chilled cranberry juice.
Fill 1/2 of the glass with chilled ginger ale.
Garnish with lemon twist.
