A warm comforting holiday drink that takes you back to your childhood days of Grandma's Peach Cobbler, but in a glass instead of a bowl. Enjoy!
2/3 cup apple cider
1/2 cup peach juice concentrate (by Bolle)*** or peach nectar
2 pinches* cinnamon (ground)
1 pinch* allspice (ground)
1 pinch* nutmeg (ground)
As needed whip cream (for topping)
1 each Biscoff cookie (by Lotus)**
1 sprig mint
Mix the apple cider, peach concentrate, cinnamon, allspice and nutmeg in a microwave safe mug or cup.
Heat the mixture in the microwave for 1 minute on high.
Remove the mug from the microwave.
Top with whipped cream and a Biscoff cookie.
Garnish with a sprig of mint and serve.
*A pinch is the amount of an ingredient that fits between the thumb and the index finger.
