NEW ORLEANS — With the NBA preseason drawing to a close in two weeks, there’s precious little time for the Hornets to get their house in order.
But fans will get a chance to see part of that process for free Saturday.
The team is holding a two-hour practice open to the public that day from 10 a.m. to noon at the New Orleans Arena. It’s a chance to see draft picks Anthony Davis, Austin Rivers and Darius Miller continue their learning process.
“As a team, we’re really looking forward to seeing our fans on Saturday,” coach Monty Williams said. “We have a lot of new faces on the roster and we hope that the fans will embrace them. Our guys have been working really hard during preseason to get better as a team and will make this city proud every time they step on the court.”
Free parking is available in Lots 2 and 3 around the Arena.
