ESPN.com NFC South beat writer and friend of the ours Pat Yasinskas is thinking a bit outside the box today, going for fun and frivolity while trying to escape the unending task of sitting and waiting for the NFL to make up its mind on player penalties.
He posted projected starters for 2012 and while we all understand this could change fairly quickly once the player penalties are announced, this is the lineup at full strength.
I couldn’t agree more with his lineup and his assessments. It’s fairly easy with the Saints this year, however, as there wasn’t a ton of turnover and where there was, a starter was basically in the green room waiting to move into the lineup.
But I’ll take it a step further - another easy task with this team right now - and point out some top backups that will see lots of playing time.
