METAIRIE, La. — Cornerback Keenan Lewis was full go during Wednesday’s Saints’ practice, a good sign ahead of Saturday’s NFC divisional playoff clash at Seattle.

Running back Pierre Thomas, however, did not practice, the second consecutive week in which he has missed a session. He’s listed as not practicing due to a chest injury.

For Lewis, it’s a quick return after leaving Saturday night’s playoff win at Philadelphia with a head injury. The cornerback, New Orleans’ top cover guy, said Tuesday he expected to play against Seattle.

Defensive tackle Akiem Hicks (ankle) and guard Jahri Evans (ankle) both were limited. Left tackle Terron Armstead (knee) was full.

For Seattle, linebacker K.J. Wright (foot) and safety Kam Chancellor (hip) both sat out practice while tight end Luke Wilson (ankle) and receiver Percy Harvin (hip) were both full.
