METAIRIE, La. — The good injury news for the Saints?

One of the two players who missed practice a day earlier returned to practice Thursday.

The bad news?

Another player was added to the report.

Right tackle Zach Strief was limited Thursday after sitting out Wednesday. It was his first practice since injuring his ankle against the Giants on Dec. 9.

Fullback Jed Collins didn’t practice for the second day in a row with both a toe and left knee injury.

Meanwhile, running back Pierre Thomas showed up on the list for the first time all season with a knee injury. He was limited.

Cornerback Patrick Robinson (groin) and running back Chris Ivory (hamstring) were both limited while tight end Jimmy Graham (left wrist) was full.

For Dallas, running back DeMarco Murray (foot) and linebacker Ernie Sims (concussion) went from not practicing to limited. Only defensive tackle Jay Ratliff (groin) didn’t practice for the Cowboys on Thursday.

Receiver Dez Bryant (finger) and linebacker DeMarcus Ware (elbow) were limited.
