NEW ORLEANS – Three skill position players are inactive for the New Orleans Saints, none of which are receiver Marques Colston, who was limited all week with a sore left foot.

Running backs Travaris Cadet and Chris Ivory, along with receiver Joe Morgan, will not see the field versus Kansas City. Neither will cornerback Elbert Mack, offensive lineman Bryce Harris or defensive tackle Tyrunn Walker.

Defensive end Turk McBride was previously announced as being out.

Colston was going through pregame warm-ups well enough for the coaching staff to think he’ll be able to give them what they need.

Cadet, meanwhile, worked throughout the week at receiver but apparently didn’t make the strides the coaching staff was looking for.

New Orleans will play today’s game with five receivers, including  Greg Camarillo.

For Kansas City (0-2), quarterback Ricky Stanzi, receiver Devon Wylie, safety Kendrick Lewis, defensive back Jacques Reeves, tight end Kevin Boss, tight end Jake O’Connell and defensive tackle Anthony Toribio are inactive
