Saints safety Rafael Bush won his appeal of a $21,000 fine for a hit on Seattle receiver Percy Harvin in the divisional round of the NFC playoffs, his agent Brian Anderson said Thursday.

Bush, who re-signed with the Saints this week after New Orleans matched an offer sheet Atlanta presented, tweeted the news late Wednesday night.

The play happened early in the first quarter on Seattle’s third offensive play of the game.

Bush followed the play to his right and blasted Harvin, breaking up a pass from Russell Wilson. Officials called a penalty for unnecessary roughness, keeping alive the Seahawks’ drive, one that ended in a field goal and a 3-0 Seattle lead.
