TAMPA, Fla. — Robert Meachem will be active for his first game back as a Saints player.

The move comes at the expense of second-year player Nick Toon, who is inactive after seeing game action against Atlanta in the season opener.

Running back Khiry Robinson, offensive tackle Terron Armstead and defensive end Glenn Foster also are inactive.

Defensive end Tyrunn Walker, safety Isa Abdul-Quddus and nose tackle Brodrick Bunkley were previously deemed out for New Orleans.

For Tampa Bay, quarterback Dan Orlovsky, cornerback Michael Adams, running back Peyton Hillis, guard Carl Nicks, tight end Tom Crabtree, defensive end William Gholston and defensive end Steven Means are inactive.
