METAIRIE, La. – New Orleans Saints receiver Marques Colston is listed as questionable for Sunday’s interconference game with the Kansas City Chiefs after being limited in practice all week with a bum left foot.
“If we feel like Marques Colston can’t run well enough to get open, he won’t be in the game," Saints interim coach Aaron Kromer said. "But if we feel like on game day he is ready to go, then he’ll play."
Colston has played in both of the Saints games this season in spite of injuring his left foot prior to the first week of regular season practice. Through two games, Colston has caught only seven passes for 120 yards.
Meanwhile, linebacker Jonathan Casillas (left knee) was limited and is listed as questionable.
Quarterback Drew Brees (left ankle, full), safety Roman Harper (left wrist, full), receiver Devery Henderson (concussion, full) and cornerback Johnny Patrick (right thigh, full) all are listed as probable.
For Kansas City, cornerback Jacques Reeves (hamstring, DNP), tight end Kevin Boss (head, DNP) and receiver Devon Wylie (hamstring, limited) are out.
Chiefs tight end Jake O'Connell (knee, limited), defensive tackle Anthony Toribio (ankle, limited), safety Kendrick Lewis (shoulder, limited), receiver Dexter McCluster (shoulder, limited) and guard Ryan Lilja (back, limited) are questionable.
And defensive lineman Allen Bailey (ankle, full), cornerback Javier Arenas (neck, full), running back Jamaal Charles (knee, full), receiver Steve Breaston (wrist, limited) and cornerback Jalil Brown (groin, full) are probable.
