NEW ORLEANS -- The New Orleans Saints have announced they've re-signed special team stalwart Courtney Roby to a one-year deal.
The terms of the deal were not released.
Roby has been with the Saints since 2008, and has been a valuable player on special teams.
Roby has averaged 25.6 yards on 94 kickoff returns and a touchdown with the Saints. He's ranked fourth in franchise history in kickoff return average.
The Saints also announced they have waived LB Jerimiha Hunter.
