METAIERIE, La. – The New Orleans Saints re-signed receiver Greg Camarillo after the team placed Adrian Arrington, who never fully recovered knee surgery during training camp, on injured reserve.

Meanwhile, cornerback Johnny Patrick (thigh), receiver Devery Henderson (concussion) and defensive end Turk McBride (ankle) didn’t practice.

All three were injured in Sunday’s loss to Washington.

Linebacker Scott Shanle (leg) was limited while cornerback Jabari Greer (spots hernia) was full.

The Saints originally signed Camarillo late in training camp when depth became an issue. He was released on Aug. 31, the day of final cuts.

For Carolina, receiver Steve Smith (knee) was limited while center Jeff Byers (knee) and running back Jonathan Stewart (ankle) were full. Linebacker Kenny Onatolu didn’t practice, though it wasn’t injury related.
