METAIRIE, La. — Right tackle Zach Strief was limited Thursday during the Saints’ first actual practice of the week, a good sign for the lineman who left the Seattle game early and limped into the locker room.

A day earlier, when the Saints didn’t practice but were required to turn in a practice participation report, Strief was listed as did not practice.

Meanwhile, four players sat out the session – safety Rafael Bush (ankle), nose tackle Brodrick Bunkley (ankle), linebacker Keyunta Dawson (calf) and defensive end Glenn Foster (left knee).

Bush and Bunkley both sustained their injuries against Seattle while Dawson’s calf was injured during practice the week prior. Foster left the Saints’ win over Atlanta two weeks ago with the injury.
