PALM BEACH, Fl. - The final day of the NFL owners meetings are underway in Florida on Wednesday, starting with a breakfast gathering for the NFC coaches - one at which Sean Payton was not present.

Payton spoke Tuesday, during his last few days as Saints head coach before he begins his one-season suspension for his involvement in the team's bounty program (unless he decides to appeal.)

Bill Parcells, Mickey Loomis and Payton met on Tuesday to discuss the head coaching position.

A number of coaches talked about how the Saints’ situation is going to effect how they will go forward in their franchise.

Every coach WWL-TV talked to said bounties will be a point of emphasis when they meet with their players over the next couple of weeks.

Video of Kurt Warner, at one time a bounty program target, will be shown to players.

Coaches said they now know where the commissioner stands in terms of a bounty program.
