NEW ORLEANS - LSU punter Brad Wing is suspended for the Tigers' postseason bowl game against Clemson, the school announced Thursday.
While the school did not disclose the reasoning, according to The Daily Reveille, "A source in the LSU Athletic Department that said the Australian-born punter's suspension stemmed from a failed drug test."
Wing, a sophomore, averaged 44.8 yards per punts this year, with nearly a third of his kicks traveling at least 50 yards.
Freshman Jamie Keehn will replace Wing.
LSU will play Clemson in the Chick-Fil-A Bowl on Dec. 31.
