LSU's head coach went over the edge for a good cause.

Some big names rappelled off the 24-story One American Place in downtown Baton Rouge for a charity event.

Miss Louisiana 2012, Lauren Vizza, LSU head football coach Les Miles, and Louisiana State Police Superintendent Col. Mike Edmonson all harnessed up and rappelled down the 308-foot tall high rise.

The event is called "Over the Edge," and the Louisiana Family Forum put it together to increase awareness of the nearly 500 adoption-eligible children in the state's foster care program.
