TCU's Horned Frogs coach Gary Patternson disagreed with Les Miles' disciplinary choices Tuesday when asked to comment on the LSU-style vote that reinstated Jeremy Hill following the player's probation violations.

“That doesn’t teach life lessons,” Patterson said to the Fort-Worth Star Telegram when explaining why his team will not vote on disciplinary action for Devonte Fields, their defensive end who faces a two-game suspension for violating unspecified team rules in the spring.

“My whole team would vote Devonte to be back on the team because they all want to win,” Patterson said.

TCU will open against LSU Aug. 31 at 8 p.m. at the AT&T Stadium. Read the complete story at the Fort-Worth Star Telegram.
