KENNER, La. – Once again the State Volleyball Championship Finals are loaded with local teams – at least one in each of the five classifications.
The finals will be held at the Pontchartrain Center throughout the day Saturday.
Three area Catholic schools – Mt. Carmel, Cabrini and Ursuline – are all in the finals.
Division I – St. Joseph B.R. v. Mt. Carmel – 7 p.m.
Division II – Cabrini v. Assumption – 5 p.m.
Division II – Ursuline v. Notre Dame – 3 p.m.
Division IV – McGehee v. Northlake Christian – 11 a.m.
Division V – Country Day v. Episcopal – 1 p.m.
