WASHINGTON (AP) — Substitute Maicon Santos scored the winning goal in the second half in Eastern Conference-leading D.C. United's 3-2 over the New England Revolution on Saturday night.
Dejan Jakovic and Brandon McDonald scored in the first half for United (8-4-3). The Washington club is unbeaten in its last eight home matches, winning its last five.
Saer Sene and A.J. Soares scored early in the second half for the Revolution (4-7-1).
