DALLAS (AP) — Damien Williams broke off a 95-yard touchdown run for the longest rush in Red River Rivalry history, Blake Bell powered his way to four TDs and 13th ranked Oklahoma beat Number 15 Texas 63-21 Saturday. The Longhorns lost quarterback David Ash to an apparent left wrist injury in the fourth quarter of the blowout in Dallas.

LUBBOCK, Texas (AP) — Seth Doege passed for six touchdowns and a season-high 499 yards as Texas Tech shocked 5th ranked West Virginia 49-14, ending the Mountaineers' hopes for an unbeaten season. The Red Raiders fans stormed the field after the win. It was the most lopsided Texas Tech victory ever over a team ranked in the top five.

WACO, Texas (AP) — Trevone Boykin threw for 261 yards and four touchdowns, all those scores coming on third-down plays, and TCU won 49-21 at Baylor on Saturday night to end the Bears' nine-game home winning streak. Boykin, the redshirt freshman who completed 22 of 30 passes without a turnover, added 56 yards rushing with a late 3-yard touchdown for the Horned Frogs in his second start.

SHREVEPORT, La. (AP) — Johnny Manziel accounted for six touchdowns, including two to fend off a late rally, and Number 22 Texas A and M held on for a 59-57 win over 23rd-ranked Louisiana Tech to hand the Bulldogs their first loss. A and M and Louisiana Tech's game in Shreveport last night had originally been postponed from August 30th due to Hurricane Isaac.
