HOUSTON (AP) — The Houston Texans have signed Pro Bowl punter Shane Lechler. Terms of the contract were not disclosed yesterday. ESPN reported the deal was for three years and worth a maximum of $5.5 million, with a $1 million signing bonus. Former Baltimore Ravens Ed Reed was introduced by the Texans at news conference Friday after signing a three-year, $15 million deal.
