SHANGHAI (AP) — Force India driver Adrian Sutil says he had no trouble getting a visa to re-enter China for the Formula One race despite an assault conviction stemming from his last visit to Shanghai.

Sutil was convicted of assault and given a suspended jail sentence after he attacked Lotus part-owner Eric Lux with a broken champagne glass in a Shanghai nightclub following the 2011 race.

Sutil, who is back in F1 after missing the 2012 season, said on Thursday there were "no worries and no emotions" about coming back for this week's Chinese Grand Prix.

The German says, "The past for me is done and I'm concentrating on my future."
