MEMPHIS, Tenn. (AP) — Tim Duncan scored the first five points of overtime, and the San Antonio Spurs rallied from an 18-point deficit to beat the Memphis Grizzlies 104-93 Saturday night. The Spurs can wrap up the Western Conference with a win tomorrow night in Memphis.

SEATTLE (AP) — Nelson Cruz hit his 12th homer of the season, David Murphy drove in three runs and the Texas Rangers roughed up Seattle ace Felix Hernandez in a 5-2 win Saturday night. Derek Holland continued to pitch well in the Pacific Northwest, easily getting the better of the matchup against Hernandez. Holland pitched six and two thirds innings, striking out a season-high 10 batters, and allowed no earned runs.

HOUSTON (AP) — For the first time in nearly eight years, two Houston Astros had multi-homer games. But it wasn't enough to beat the visiting Oakland Athletics who handed Houston an 11-5 loss Saturday night. The home runs — all solo shots — by Jason Castro and Matt Dominguez were outweighed early by Oakland's second-inning hitting clinic against Astros starter Lucas Harrell.

FRISCO, Texas (AP) — Fabian Castillo scored in the 33rd minute and Raul Fernandez made six saves for his fifth shutout of the season, leading FC Dallas to a 1-nil win over the San Jose Earthquakes Saturday night. With Dallas clinging to the one-goal lead, San Jose forced Fernandez to make five saves over the final 13 minutes in Frisco, Texas.
