Saints' Lasco suffers spinal injury

ORCHARD PARK, N.Y. -- New Orleans Saints running back Daniel Lasco is being treated for a spinal injury after a head-first tackle during Sunday's game against the Buffalo Bills.

According to the team, Lasco has feeling in his extremities and the Saints team doctor is with him.

At the post game press conference, Coach Sean Payton gave a brief update on Lasco's and said that "all the sign are positive." Saints officials said he returned to New Orleans with the rest of the team.

According to The New Orleans Advocate, teammate Justin Hardee said that just before Lasco left the game he told the team to finish the deal and then raised a fist as he was placed in the ambulance. Lasco has been with the team since being drafted in 2016.
