More bad news for New Orleans Saints. Coach Sean Payton says Sedrick Ellis, a rookie defensive lineman, will miss two-four weeks with a right medial meniscus tear.

Sedrick Ellis

Ellis, the New Orleans Saints first pick in the 2008 NFL draft, has nine tackles, ranking 15th among rookies, and a sack. He got that sack against San Francisco's J.T. O'Sullivan last Sunday. He was also credited with a quarterback hurry.

Ellis, who has started every game this season on the defensive line, left Thursday's practice after hearing what he said was 'kind of a click' in his right knee.
