The Hornets will hold a short mini-camp prior to the NBA's Las Vegas summer league, a three-day run that will include two of the team's 2012 draft picks.

Austin Rivers and Darius Miller are slated to attend the camp along with Al-Farouq Aminu, Jerome Dyson, Xavier Henry and Darryl Watkins.

No. 1 overall pick Anthony Davis won't be participating because of his involvement with USA Basketball, the team said. Neither will Lance Thomas, who will be participating with the USA Select Team in Vegas scrimmaging against Team USA.

The minicamp will run from July 11-13, ending a day before the team's first practice for summer league games.

New Orleans will begin its summer league schedule on July 5 against Portland.
