METAIRIE, La. The Saints' injury report improved Thursday as running back Darren Sproles took full repetitions in team drills, his first complete day since prior to the Oct. 28 game at Denver.

Sproles, who missed two games with a broken left hand, was joined by receiver Courtney Roby (left shoulder) as being listed as full.

By practicing fully on Thursday, it's likely that Sproles will play against the Raiders, giving the Saints coaching staff a Sunday decision in which running back to sit down.

Both Travaris Cadet and Chris Ivory have been active the past two weeks. Ivory has boosted the Saints run game, which is averaging 144 yards rushing the past two weeks.

Sproles hasn't played a major role in New Orleans' run game this season, carrying the ball only 26 times for 117 yards. His 4.5 yard-per-carry average is nearly two yards below what he has averaged with New Orleans in 23 games.

Cornerback Corey White (left knee), defensive end Junior Galette (left ankle) and right tackle Zach Strief (left groin) all did not practice.
