NEWORLEANS-- NewOrleans police are asking the public's help in finding a man wanted for a Sunday shooting that happened in a busy stretch of Carrollton Avenue.

The shooting happened Sunday at about 12 p.m. near the intersection of OliveStreet and S. Carrollton Avenue.

Police say Eric Falkins, a 29-year-old man who goes by the nickname of 'BernieMo,'got into a 'physical altercation'with the victim. During the fight Falkins pulled out his gun and shot the victim, according to police.

Police released a picture of Falkins, which you can see above.
