NEW ORLEANS An arrest warrant was issued for a man who ordered a victim outside of a residence and killed him after the two were involved in a verbal argument, according to the New Orleans Police Department.

On Monday evening, Darrell George, 25, and Terrell Jackson, 27, were arguing inside a residence in the 8300 block of Cohn Street.

Then, George produced a pistol and ordered Jackson outside, where George shot and fatally wounded Jackson, police said.

George was positively identified as the triggerman by Detective Melonie Dillon.

George is considered armed and dangerous, police said.

He will be charged with first degree murder upon arrest.

George was previously arrested for aggravated battery, armed robbery, resisting an officer and reckless operation of a motor vehicle. George was recently released from parole on September 12 for armed robbery.
