Hanging on living room walls throughout New Orleans and across America are colorful scenes of New Orleans, from streetcars, to swamps to sno-ball stands, all created by artist Phillip Sage.

If you enjoy his prints, just don't ask to see the original artwork. In many cases, it doesn't exist. For '12 for the Road,' Bill Capo went to his Folsom studio to find out why.
