NEW ORLEANS -- One of the two brothers wanted for a murder that happened last month in New Orleans East has surrendered to police.

Kevin Matthews, 24, and his brother, 26-year-old Keith Matthews, are both charged with the second-degree murder of 20-year-old Lamont Lee, who was shot and killed on June 20 in the 6800 block of W. Coronet Court.

Kevin Matthews surrendered Saturday to police. He's being held in Orleans Parish Prison.

Police arrested Keith Matthews on July 17.
