NEW ORLEANS -- A federal judge has postponed next month's re-trials of two former New Orleans police officers accused in the Henry Glover death case.

David Warren, who is charged with fatally shooting Glover, will now be tried on Aug. 26.

A hearing on if he'll be allowed to go free on bond until then is set to take place on March 21.

Travis McCabe, who is suspected of writing a false police report about the incident, will be back in court on Sept. 23.

Glover's body was found in the chaos

McCabe, Warren and Greg McRae were convicted in the Glover case in December 2010. Two former NOPD lieutenants -- Robert Italiano and Dwayne Scheuermann -- were acquitted.
