NEW ORLEANS -- Actor Brad Pitt's Make it Right Foundation says it now has to re-build 30 homes in the Lower Ninth Ward because of rotting wood materials.

These are the very same homes the foundation built post-Katrina.

Make it Right says its construction crews used a glass-infused wood product to build outdoor steps and front porches at some of the homes.

And despite a 40-year guarantee, that wood is rotting.

Make it Right says it's considering legal action against the manufacturer.
