NEW ORLEANS -- Police are looking for a man wanted in connection with the shooting of two teenagers in Central City Monday that left 14-year-old Miquial Jackson dead.

Gregory Johnson, 52, with the last known address in the 2000 block of Baronne Street, was wanted by police for three counts of attempted first-degree murder for a shooting that occurred at the corner of Josephine and Brainard streets. The charge is likely to change with the death of Jackson.

Johnson allegedly ran after and shot at three young teenagers, critically injuring Jackson, striking a second, and missing the third teen.

The Orleans Parish Coroner's Office confirmed the death of Jackson Tuesday morning.
