NEWORLEANS- A 28-year-old man has become the fourth person arrested in connection with the deaths of a Reserve couple whose bodies were found in the Intracoastal Waterway about a month after they disappeared from their St. John Parish homes.

Steven Bradley was arrested for one count of obstruction of justice in the deaths of Kenneth and LaKeitha Joseph.

Police said Bradley failed to disclose information he knew regarding the investigation.

'As stated during the press conference in which we announced the arrests of Horatio Johnson and Brittany Martin, there are people out there who have information regarding this murder,'said NOPDSupt. Ronal Serpas. 'We would urge them to come forward and speak to our detectives. Should they choose to continue to attempt to protect those responsible for these murders, we will aggressively pursue them to the full extent of the law.'
