NEWORLEANS-- This is the time of year when hope springs eternal for Who Dats everywhere. Tuesday, some fans got in to check out the last practice of training camp at Saints camp on Airline Drive.

It was a lively crowd to say the least. Some of the cheers were in midseason form.

Fans were happy to see quarterback Drew Brees back on the field after Monday's day off. His wife just had baby No. 4, a little girl.

Fans tells us the defense looks good this year and so does the offense. But, they would like to see more out of the Saints running game.

Fans are hoping and praying for another back and goldSuper Bowl.'I know this season should be their season,'said fan David Phillips. 'Once you knock on the door three or four times, you've got the opportunity to go all the way in.'

Fan Adam Woods said, 'I like this team a whole bunch. I think this is the best pieces we put together and we plugged in just the right pieces that I think we needed to in the offseason.'

It was the last day for some of the players we sas on the field Tuesday. The Saints cut their roster to 75 players Tuesday afternoon.
